LegalRepublic.in is designed to respect your privacy. This notice explains what data we collect and what we do with it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build individual visitor profiles. The data we see is aggregated — page views, referrers, and device types — with no personally identifiable information. No cookie banner is required because no tracking cookies are set.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to The Republic Brief, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter. We do not sell, share, or use your email address for any other purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Data we do not collect

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party behavioural tracking. We do not run display advertisements. We do not use session recording tools. We do not set persistent cookies for any purpose other than essential site function (none of which are used at present).

Hosting and infrastructure

LegalRepublic.in is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request data (IP addresses, headers) as part of standard CDN and security operations, under their own privacy policy. We do not have access to raw server logs with personally identifiable information.
