MP High Court Adjourns Nazim Khan Writ Petition, State Seeks Time for Instructions

The Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur listed WP No. 19436 of 2026 after two weeks after State counsel sought time to obtain instructions.

Justice Pramod Kumar Agrawal, sitting singly at the Jabalpur Bench of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, took up Nazim Khan v.
