Telangana High Court Institutes PIL Filed by Party-in-Person, Deletes One Respondent at First Hearing

The Telangana High Court's Division Bench formally instituted a PIL filed by Banappagari Vinay Reddy, directing deletion of Respondent No.4 on 13 July 2026.
