Tripura HC Disposes of Writ Petition Against Hyderabad Furniture Firm After Petitioner Seeks Withdrawal

The respondents were Aubergine Designworks LLP, a firm operating under the trade name VITTI, Contemporary Furniture, with addresses at Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana. Three individuals were also named: Mr. Sandeep Menneni, described as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of VITTI; Smti. Gayetri Muikkamala, Accountant-cum-Cashier; and Shri Vishal Reddy, HR Manager. All three were associated with the Hyderabad operations of Aubergine Designworks LLP.
No respondent appeared before the court. The petitioner was represented by Mr. Abhinandan Paul and Ms. Maitri Majumder, Advocates.

Ms. Maitri Majumder, appearing for the petitioner, made a prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition.
